Mr. J.L. ten Hove

Ms. J.L. ten Hove (Annelies) was educated at the Radboud University of Nijmegen, where she graduated in 1988 in Company Law, Intellectual Property, Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Law. Annelies first worked for a number of years at a medium-sized law firm in Rotterdam in a general commercial practice. Subsequently, she worked for the largest law firm in Limburg in Maastricht for 13 years. There she focused on Commercial Law and Intellectual Property. Subsequently, she worked in various law firms in Maastricht, including firms she founded herself. She practiced law as an attorney from 1993 until July 31, 2026, and now operates as an independent legal advisor.

Annelies ten Hove specialises in commercial law, intellectual property law,media & advertising law and has extensive experience in agency/franchise/distribution contracts and handling of legal cases regarding these areas. She completed the postgraduate specialisation course in trademark law at the Grotius Academy in 2001.

In 2012, she graduated from the 2-year BMM course for certified trademark and design attorneys. Annelies is also a certified BMM Trademark and Design Attorney and you can therefore contact her for professional advice, registration and search of trademarks and designs as well as for opposition proceedings.
